  • Freeze immediately upon receipt.

  • While frozen, take out of plastic, plate, & thaw 2-4 hrs before event.

  • Will last up to 6 months frozen in original packaging.

  • Unwrap plastic to breathe. Display on platter, dry, or wet display case.

  • Will last up to 6 months in breathable container.

LOCAL PICK-UP & DELIVERY

Q: Can I pick up locally? ​

A:  We do not have local pick up at this time as we are a commercial location only. For local pick up, contact & order from our 1 of our 2 other locations.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Q: Do you make custom orders? 

A: Yes. Custom orders require more time, and product on top of our current production schedule. Custom orders will cost more depending on your needs. Please email us your inquiry at least 14-30 days in advance.
